Data Deletion Policy

Your deletion request

You can ask TNT Gyms to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to identity checks, lawful exceptions and any applicable retention obligations.

How to make a request

1. email our privacy contact with the subject “Personal data deletion request”.
2. Provide the mobile number or email used for the interaction and describe the information you want deleted.
3. We may request limited additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
4. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements and explain any information we must retain.

Stopping promotional messages

If you only want to stop promotional messages, say “Withdraw marketing consent” in your request or use the opt-out method made available in the message. We will process opt-outs under applicable requirements. Opting out is distinct from deleting records.

What may remain

Some records may need to be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other legitimate and legally permitted purposes. Information held independently by third-party platforms may be subject to their separate request procedures.
